Best Western Premier Masqhotel

The hotel has a very peaceful ambience. From the moment we met the receptionist on arrival we began to destress. Everything flowed from then on. The reception area is beautifully designed , with a range of seating areas and a bar area. The rooms were modern but relaxed, pristine clean, with beautiful up to date bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was superb. Above all else was the kindness of staff and the genuine ease with which they assisted us throughout our stay. We would have stayed longer if we could and would love to return in the future.

We stayed here with our two teenage girls who had the bedroom next door . The location is excellent very close to the station and a short stroll to the centre. Staff were great to arrange a taxi for us to the airport the following day . Bedrooms were spotlessly clean and very comfy mattresses. I will return here for the perfect location and comfortable rooms.

friendly multilingual reception. I arrived in a transit van with height just under 2.0m. the hotel has its own limited parking with a chargeable fee at the time 12 euros. Onstreet parking is available and seemed relatively safe. The staff arranged for me to park outside and fees start at 9.00am no charge after 20.00. Room was comfortable and it appeared that hot soup was available outside service hours in reception which was a nice touch. The outside lighting acts as a beacon in quite a dark but safe area. ideally located for early departures to main traffic routes and within easy walking distance of the main centre of la Rochelle. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water always welcome. Nearby local minimarket seemed to be popular with residents for that late evening snack.Tea and coffee machine available in room together with limited stocked minibar Dinning and reception room looked nice please see pictures.

Amazing location , close to the restaurants and shops with only 5 mins walk. Train station is 1 min away and came to use when you cannot find any taxis available for airport. You can jump in D5 bus for only €1.30 a journey and takes around 30 mins to get to the airport. Taxis are charging a fortune , between €40 and €70 for 15 mins journey. The room was very cleaned with a lot of details and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely I will return to Premier Masqhotel.

We stayed in this hotel Mid-july for two nights and our experience could not have been better. The staff were friendly helpful and could not do more for us. La Rochelle is a great rugby town and I enjoyed my chat about the sport. Close to the town and the station. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back next time I holiday in La Rochelle.
